Crest Pontoons Honored for Third Consecutive Year
During the 2022 Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show®, the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) hosted their annual awards ceremony, where Crest Marine was honored for its outstanding Customer Service Satisfaction (CSI) in the Pontoon Boat Category.
The NMMA CSI award is presented to those manufacturers that actively measure consumer satisfaction and pursue constant improvements to better serve their customers. Crest maintained a score that surpassed the required 90 percent in customer satisfaction over the last 12 months. This award represents the dedication and care of the Crest team and our outstanding dealer network to provide an exceptional consumer experience.
